What we work on
Three kinds of machine, one trade. Diesel engines, hydraulics and drivelines do not change much between a haul truck, a header and a prime mover.
Mobile plant and earthmoving equipment maintained to keep it in the cut. Scheduled servicing, breakdown response and component work on the machines that move the Bowen Basin.
Station and property gear kept going through sowing, spraying and harvest. We work to the calendar the paddock sets, not the other way around.
Road registered gear serviced, inspected and repaired so it stays legal and stays earning. Fleet servicing or a one off, same standard.

Services
Planned work keeps a machine earning. Unplanned work is what we do at 4am. We are set up for both.
Preventative maintenance to the manufacturer interval or to your own schedule. Oils, filters, greasing, adjustments and a written report on what we found.
A machine down is a machine costing money. We load the service truck, come to where it sits and fix it there wherever fixing it there is possible.
Engine, electrical and control faults traced properly before parts get thrown at them. Fault codes read, circuits tested, cause confirmed.
Leaks, losses and slow circuits sorted. Cylinder reseals and repairs, pump and valve work, and hydraulic hoses made up to suit.
The heavy end of the work. Engines, transmissions, final drives, diffs and pumps removed, replaced or rebuilt in the workshop.
Repairs, brackets, guarding and wear plate. If the part that broke is not worth buying new, it usually gets made.
Plant and heavy vehicle condition inspections, pre start checks and the reports that go with them, so faults get found before they stop the job.

Two ways we work
Some jobs need a clean floor, a press and a hoist. Some jobs need a fitter standing in the dirt next to the machine within the hour. Machines are not fussy about which, but they are fussy about when.
In the workshop
Under cover and the right place for the heavy end of the work. Bring it in, or we will arrange to get it in.
In the field
The service truck carries the tools, the oils and the common wear parts, so most jobs are finished in one trip.

Based in Clermont, working across the Isaac Region and the Bowen Basin. Workshop jobs come to us, field service goes to the machine.

Tell us what the machine is, where it is sitting and what it was doing when it stopped. We will come back with what it needs, what it will take and when we can be there.
Do not have all of it? Send what you have. We have diagnosed plenty from a blurry photo, half a serial number and someone doing their best impression of the noise.
